WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of company sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales efficiency. Additionally, the Sales Operations Analyst performs routine diagnostic analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvement with existing sales processes and practices
- Perform sales team KPI calculations on team and person levels
- Perform productivity analytics throughout the annual performance cycle
- Prepare reports on Sales metrics that inform management for decisions on team performance
- Assist Sales organization with making informed data-driven decisions to effectively lead the team
- Perform data analysis and derive insights that support key strategy and decisions e.g. segmentation, resource deployment
- Review existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the development of reporting tools and templates aimed at improving sales and customer care management decision-making
YOU HAVE:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role supporting sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Economics, Science (Maths, Statistics)
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar
- Proficient in data analytics/programming tools like SQL or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally should have experience working for a manufacturer or distributor

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
