Position Purpose McAdams is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our growing Roadway Design practice located in our Charlotte office. This position will be leading the planning and design of multimodal roadway facilities for public and private clients. Projects will include feasibility studies and facility design including roadways, sidepaths/multi-use paths, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, cycle tracks and other facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from conception through completion or bidding while leading a project team while also managing clients' needs and sub consultants. This position will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring high quality deliverables at project milestones, performing quality control on their projects as well as other projects, and participating in project administration tasks such as invoicing and billing.
