Job Type: RegularWe are seeking a Senior Division Administrator to manage daily financial activities for the Education and Labor Division. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this will include research project and overhead budgeting, tracking and monitoring division projects and financial data, preparing financial reports for internal and external clients, providing support and guidance for internal clients, and data analysis. This position will serve as a point of contact for addressing issues and interacting with internal support departments, includingFinance and Accounting, Contract and Grant Services, Procurement Services, and Billing and Client Financial Reporting. The Senior Division Administrator is expected to possess a foundational understanding of financial and operational policies, procedures, and practices, enabling them to address internal client requirements and needs proactively. Education Requirements Minimum High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum of six years of experience; ten years preferred Salary Range: $73,700-$109,400 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.The salary range includes base pay plus RAND's sabbatic pay (which provides additional compensation above base pay when vacation is taken).
