This position provides fiscal and HR support at the college/school/division level for the College of Health Sciences as part of the Central Office of Administrative Operations. The primary function of this position is to assist with management of fiscal and HR operations focusing on communication and oversight of financial and HR business initiatives. Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired and at least 2 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance and HR Modules, Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel experience, Teams, Access) Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree: OR appropriate combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively as well as independently, works well under pressure and can juggle competing priorities and deadlines, interact effectively with diverse personalities, have excellent communication skills and the highest level of professionalism. Anticipated Hiring Range
Anticipated Hiring Range: $17.96 - $27.00 per hour Application Materials
