Position Summary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a paid Summer Internship Program (early June to early August). As an intern with our Engineering and Technology group, you'll assist with our engineering improvements projects, technology feasibility and proof of concept studies, and testing activities.

LOCATION

* Role provides the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, working both virtually and in our Houston office when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You'll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 3.0 GPA.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
* No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.

DESIRED

* Exposure to physical tools as used for home improvement, wood working, automotive related and similar, programming whether as part of coursework or as a hobby.
* Experience with SolidWorks, Mathcad, ANSYS, and other advanced engineering software packages.
* Leadership experience in student organizations.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
