3rd shift position. working in Fenton office 100% of the time. The hours of coverage for the third shift are as follows: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM. The person will start on the first shift to receive training for one month, then move to the third shift. The shift will fluctuate between days but can include weekends, i.e., Wednesday to Sunday, Sunday to Thursday, or some combination of days, including holidays.
The NOC analyst supports Maritz's Information Technology Services organization and the associated business units by providing support monitoring Maritz's Information Technology infrastructure, as well as supporting service delivery applications and deployments. They can assess a situation and determine the tactical steps to resolve incidents. Primary Responsibilities: 50% Monitor infrastructure (servers, network, applications, etc.) utilizing SolarWinds and similar tools for faults or performance problems. Perform triage and escalate issues to support teams. Provide information to support teams as needed to resolve issues. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate as needed. Configure monitoring tools to provide availability and performance metrics. 25% Support event and alert management capabilities via PagerDuty. Review, acknowledge, and support incoming alerts. Manage users, on-call schedules, business services, and event rulesets as required. 25% Communicate courteously and professionally, supplying the appropriate information. Manage and facilitate technology incidents during outage situations. Document all issues in the ServiceNow ticketing system. Maintain excellent communications to all levels of the organization from technical engineers to senior leadership. Qualifications:
