Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors the access and egress of students, faculty, staff and visitors to campus buildings and locations to ensure safety and security of people and facilities.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of customer service experience strongly desired.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality at work.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Flexibility in work schedule, and ability to successfully multitask.
- Able to respond to supervision in a positive manner is a must.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses
HS Diploma or GED minimum required and previous customer service experience preferred. Some college coursework preferred.

Basic keyboarding and office software use
