Your Role Mission Promote the growth and development of the Central Controller offerings within the Atlas Copco Service Division. Roles and Responsibilities Business Development (40%) * Continuously expand knowledge of Atlas Copco product lines and how the Central Controller products them. * Consult with Optimization Pillar Manager to establish targets and goals for product sales. * Continue to educate yourself on market trends and new segments where Customers will benefit from Atlas Copco Optimization products. * Define market segments and customer segments (focus segments) that are best suited for Central Controller implementation. * Implement sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and modify strategy accordingly to meet growth targets. * Control expenses and maximize efficiency through a combination of virtual meetings and in person meetings. * Support field sales day to day activities. * Maintain effective lines of communication with the relevant Regional Service Sales Managers, Business Line Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, regional Direct Sales Representatives, Technical and Service departments. Marketing Communications (30%) * Establish training materials to support CTS field sales in promoting Central Controller products. * Implement training programs to achieve business development goals. The training will be geared towards educating the sales engineers and sales managers on the product and selling techniques. * Develop quotation standards and systems to ensure excellent, prompt response to customer inquiries. * Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences, as required. Customer Service (10%) * Support field sales with customer inquiries relevant to the product line * Develop rapport with the sales team through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism, and strengthen the relationship between sales team and marketing team through ensuring a high standard of customer response. Reporting (10%) Prepare monthly reports that show market trends, business development results, competitor activity, sales forecasts, and prospective activity. Prepare forecasts and track orders monthly. Personal Development (10%) Through training and development, remain current in the product knowledge and sales/marketing skills necessary to be effective in the position. Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers. Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Perform other duties as assigned.
