This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement. JOB SUMMARY: Goodwill Staffing is a full-service staffing agency within Goodwill of Colorado. The GSS - Programmatic Housing Coordinator will coordinate with Program staff and Organizational staff to encourage and promote a safe and supportively accountable environment in Program Housing that promotes the campus philosophy as well as ensuring smooth operation the Program on campus. Program Coordinators should aim to create supportive and accountable relationships that model patience, kindness, and hospitality that encourages an atmosphere of mercy, grace, and authenticity with all clients. In this role, you are responsible for working with staff and clients to facilitate Program policies and procedures along with understanding and upholding campus regulations, guidelines, and core values. In addition, this role is responsible for properly collecting and tracking client data. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
