Evening BH Clinician

POSITION SUMMARY
Clinical and education position, including, but not limited to:

• This position works under the direct supervision of the Social Work Manager at Talbot Hall, educating and providing dual diagnosis treatment to patients in an IOP setting.
• Communicates and works closely with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provides group and individual counseling to patients including preparation for aftercare, referring to other agencies and organizations.
• Provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders to facilitate return to previous or improved functioning. Services provided include individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and/or couple/family therapy.
• Provide dual diagnosis education and treatment and ability to carry out curriculum with training.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans to assist patients to determine and meet treatment goals.
• Other duties include advocating within the local community if needed; working as part of a clinical team; maintaining third-party payer relationships; and completing all necessary paperwork (e.g., disability, FMLA).

This clinician will work weekdays, 4-10 hour shifts (12-10pm) or 5-8 hour shifts (2-10pm)
