Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or higher nursing degree required. A doctoral degree ispreferred.
• Current unencumbered RN or advanced practice nursing license with eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.
• Two (2) years minimum teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program required.
• Experience with simulation or teaching in a concept-based curriculum, desired.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, with experience in concept-based nursing education.
• Knowledge and experience with curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation.
• Proven track record in research and scholarly activities relevant to nursing and healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, faculty, and the community.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the college's service missions.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance learning and teaching experiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence.
