The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Director Product, webOS Pay. This candidate will ideally be based in our US Headquarter in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

As the Product Management Director, webOS Pay, you will define the North America specific requirements for WebOS Pay and contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap. You will define and articulate use cases and features designed to meet commercial and strategic goals. This role requires partnerships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Product Planning, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development to drive the development of webOS Pay and growth of the service.



  • Solicit and formalize feedback from Customers to shape the Product Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Validate the business case and partner readiness to prioritize among feature requests to ensure critical business goals are met and engineering bandwidth is optimized.
  • Create Product concepts and presentation material to explain and highlight the value proposition of webOS Pay externally with Partners and internally to drive alignment and buy-in.
  • Perform competitive and gap analysis to understand market trends for existing products and targeted market segments.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree including a minimum of 10 years' of experience in Product Management.
  • Demonstrated ability working in or with Fintech payment platform providers and billing systems.
  • Experience building consumer financial services and products, preferably in mobile wallets. Payments, identify solutions, customer engagement, and retention services.
  • Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems and understanding of payment processing
  • Technical Depth and business confidence to identify and articulate various product and technology choices.
  • Ability to navigate international cultures, work across time zones and be willing to work with a remotely located development and design team.
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally when required to meet with stakeholders and delivery teams.
