**This is a grant-funded position**The Community Planning Coordinator supports the Senior Community Planner in the facilitation of NJHPG meetings and planning activities. Assists with event planning and logistics support including scheduling and management of in-person virtual and hybrid learning environments for meetings and events.Assists with data collection and information gathering to support HIV planning group activities.Logistics support including scheduling and management of in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.Support the Senior Community Planner of the NJHPG with the synthesis and dissemination of federal and jurisdictional guidelines/materials for community planning and engagement.Assists with the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures for the NJHPG and its membership.Manage communications from community members and NJ DOH including management of the shared workspace.Supporting Integrated Planning submission on behalf of the NJHPG.Education:- Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience.Experience:-Lived or professional experience in/with communities disproportionately affected by HIV preferred.-Experience in public health community planning and/or needs assessment
