Coordinates the sourcing, screening, assessment, recruitment, selection, contract/offer, and onboarding process for a specific client group. Serves as a consultant to identify the most effective and efficient recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Job Duties

  • Sources, identifies, and develops candidate pipeline through multiple channels that consist of pipelining through online resources, social media venues, as well as cold calling and texting.
  • Prepares and proposes a search strategy inclusive of diversity specific to each open role.
  • Provides advanced strategic planning for recruitment.
  • Serves as a resource to partners, spouses, and families of candidates through the recruitment and relocation process. Assists with retention programs; evaluates and makes recommendations on how to retain physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
  • Manages receiving, reviewing, tracking, and selecting CVs for further review and assists in the selection of candidates for further consideration.
  • Identifies strengths and weaknesses of each candidate and assesses the appropriateness and prepares a written report on each interview.
  • Writes convincing marketing materials such as advertisements, recruitment letters, practice profiles, and Internet postings. Ensures recruitment metrics are accurately entered and maintained in the access database, portfolio, and all other appropriate platforms.
  • Engages onboarding partners when the candidate is relocating and/or accepted a critically hard to fill role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 3 years full life cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrates experience in recruitment in all levels of a high volume environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory, compliance, and employment laws. Proficient technical knowledge of recruitment tools such as external job boards, applicant tracking system, and social media sources.
