Job Description THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Tech Engineering to serve as a Crew Leader and supervise Maintenance Technicians and ensure all work scheduled is assigned and completed. THE STARTING RATE: $23.48 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff with assignments, complete and close-out work orders, walk daily route, report and supervise necessary repairs Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment and logbooks Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Able to operate a skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy equipment Knowledgeable of repair and preventative maintenance of facilities equipment General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms Able to lead and mentor a team Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
