Senior PAC Manager

Washington DC

What's on the menu?

Political Action Committee Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Political Action Committee (PAC)
  • Develop and execute plan to solicit all eligible employees to grow the PAC
  • Develop PAC presentation materials

Compliance:

  • Manage all compliance for the Government Affairs function in the United States including, but not limited to, filings for: Lobbying Disclosure Reports for company, Political Action Committee FEC reports, tax filings, audits, voluntary disclosure reports, etc.
  • Continuously ensure compliance in all PAC solicitations
  • Manage consultancies and law firms associated with PAC and lobbying compliance

Government Affairs Support:

  • Assist Global Head of Government Affairs in various GA efforts as necessary
  • Partner with GA team members on issues at the federal, state, and global level
  • Initiate and manage special projects that will positively impact the company's relationship with elected officials, regulators, policymakers, etc.

Office Management:

  • Manage and support GA office to include liaising with internal Kraft Heinz facilities, Human Resource Team, Building Manager and outside vendors
  • Will maintain and manage office operations including ordering supplies, etc.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with outside consultants and vendors

  • I have at least 7 years of experience of PAC and government relations or policy experience, specifically building, strengthening, and growing a corporate PAC
  • I have strong project-management and organizational skills
  • I can work both independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic, open and creative environment.
  • I have the capability to handle sensitive information and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
  • I have the ability to work under tight timeframes.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$115,000.00 - $143,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
