Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Loan Pricing to lead our pricing strategy for consumer telecom and mobile products. This role is critical in developing and implementing pricing models that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in pricing strategy within the telecom, banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for consumer products that align with corporate objectives and market conditions.
  • Market Analysis Conduct thorough market analysis to assess competitive pricing trends, customer demand, and economic factors that influence loan pricing.
  • Model Development Develop and refine pricing models and algorithms that enhance decision-making and profitability for various loan products.
  • Collaboration Work closely with product management, risk management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies support overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all pricing strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards to mitigate risk and uphold the organization's reputation.
  • Team Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication Present pricing strategies and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future pricing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue business economics and pricing mechanics, with experience in developing pricing strategies that drive profitability
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results
