Location:

Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Analyst with strong technical and data management skills who has a good understanding of data structure and business processes. This individual should have a strong track record of executing well on daily tasks and have experience in importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data, especially in a MS Excel, Google Sheet and Salesforce.com environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Accountable for executing and processing of data change requests

  • Responsible for maintenance, administration and support of data elements

  • Ensures metadata, reference documentation, data files and data flows are accurate and up to date

  • Create mappings between fields in the different sources/systems

  • Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to data elements; de-duplication and cleaning

  • Assisting with data analysis in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets as needed

  • Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Salesforce

  • Salesforce.com admin support: Regular data loads, data validation, record merge requests

  • Perform special projects as needed

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree required in computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, operations or business analyst role

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Salesforce.com data base knowledge required, Administrator or Developer certification is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros

  • Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database/SQL skills is a plus

  • Experience supporting a sales/account management organization

  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Effective Root Cause Analysis / Problem solving skills

  • Effective prioritization, organization and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff

  • Capability to collaborate efficiently within a team and work autonomously over phone, email, face-to-face and virtual meetings.

  • Meet work performance and/or productivity levels whether onsite or teleworking

  • Up to 10% travel
