JOB TITLE: Classification Compensation Consultant JOB PURPOSE: Assist with the development and implementation of effective classification and compensation strategies that align with the university's mission and strategic goals. Collaborate with various departments to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices, enhance employee satisfaction and attract and retain top talent. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field Experience: 4 years of experience in compensation analysis, job classification or a related HR function Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Professional certifications in HR or compensation (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
