Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Line Specialist with 12 to 16 years of experience in Sales Service and Marketing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in driving business growth through innovative solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of service line strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of sales service and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on domain-specific best practices and emerging trends in Sales Service and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the effective use of analytics to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service line projects from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the Sales Service and Marketing domains.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality.
  • Develop and present detailed reports on project performance and outcomes to senior management.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Life Science Sales Service and Marketing, R&D, Clinical and Supply chain with a minimum of 12 years of experience
  • Experience working in Life Science domain is critical
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing analytics tools to drive business decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Display a strong ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Possess a strong technical background with expertise in domain-specific best practices.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Show a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Have experience in providing training and support to team members.

Benefits

The annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$66,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
