As the Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Southwire, you will spearhead the maintenance operations at one of Southwire's level one sites, overseeing a substantial team of Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, Electronics Technicians, and Supervisors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will lead maintenance strategies, manage large-scale projects, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a large team of Maintenance Technicians, Engineers, Electronics Technicians, and Supervisors fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance. Education, Experience, and Skills:
* Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, including corrective, preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance. Have led maintenance department in 500+ manufacturing location is a plus. Competencies
