Job Summary

The Manager of Financial operations will be an integral member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Team in support of Operations and Finance Partners. This leader will report to the Sr. Director of Financial Operations and work closely with key business, finance and planning leaders. The role will be focused on accurate financial reporting, analysis, annual and strategic planning, efficient operations, compliance and forecasting in addition to be the day-to-day finance and reporting support for key business leaders or areas assigned to them.

Responsibilities
  • Be a key business partner to assist in business decisions and oversight
  • Build and support the financial plan for the Field Supply Chain and Logistics Team
  • Develop and maintain financial models for continued financial oversight, planning or reporting
  • Create and maintain key variance analysis to plan and forecasts
  • Manage and host a Monthly Business Review of the Field Team
  • Work with the business leaders to prepare budgets and strategic planning
  • Prepare and present financial projections and forecasts
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks in financial or operating performance
  • Work closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable to meet monthly financial deadlines
  • Maintain key reports and dashboards in support of performance indicators or financial performance
  • Support the maintenance and development of strategic plans
  • Work closely with the reporting team to develop business insights or automate manual reports
  • Purchase Order and Invoice Management
  • Perform Ad-Hoc analysis as necessary to support operations and finance

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in Financial Operations and accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Experience with financial planning software (Hyperion, SAP, Onestream)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in other data analysis tools a plus
  • Continuous improvement
  • Travel:Up to 10%

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $146,880.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
