Customer Service A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan. Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries. Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty. Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
