Unit Supervisor - Collect Mgmt Lubbock 39734BR Position Description Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in carrying out departmental objectives in a unit of a department. Major/Essential Functions Embraces the Values-Based Culture of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Adheres to institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures. Maintains accuracy of eBook holdings by routinely checking for broken links and other access issues. Maintains accuracy of OCLC holdings by removing holdings of Items no longer in the collection. Downloads, edits, and copy catalogs eBook records in the ILS. Creates and edits physical item records and processes physical items as needed. Records physical item cataloging statistics. Works with administration to order supplies for the department as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus two years of job-related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal six years.
