Department: Real Estate- Facilities
Reporting to: Head of Maintenance
Location:Bentonville, AR

Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Maintenance Services Manager. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to oversee and manage maintenance services within the organization, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

About the Real Estate Department
The Real Estate Management team assists the family members with all property related activities including acquisition, design, and development. They manage a variety of properties including both personal and commercial real estate, vehicles, equipment, and other property related assets throughout the country. The Real Estate Management team also supports the Walton Family Foundation and Walton Enterprises office buildings.

Responsibilities

About the Position

You'll join a top-notch team and Coordinate maintenance requests, implement process improvements, and develop positive relationships with customers and vendors. Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, perform equipment, and structure maintenance, and promote knowledge sharing within the department.

    Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities and performance.

Qualifications required for your success

  • Certifications, licenses, or formal training in landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of applied experience in maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
