The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult or pediatric patients in various units within the organization. The RN requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical conditions. As a nurse in our float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. Salary Range: Minimum $51 per diem - Maximum $51 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
