O&M Application Support Specialist M9 Solutions is seeking an O&M Application Support Specialist to work on-site on a government contract for a client located in San Antonio, TX, St. Louis, MO, or Arlington, VA. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Responsibilities Manage client interactions for O&M status updates. Provide on-call support when required. Support coordination between Cloud Platform, CICD, and Downstream integration teams. Deliver status updates and schedule management. Define and follow architecture solutions, business processes, and develop implementation steps for fixes and upgrades. Manage Jenkins pipelines. Program interactions using JavaScript and/or libraries like ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS. Conduct observational user testing or review designs against usability heuristics. Provide code updates across several systems, microservices, UIs, and scripts. Leverage tools like Bitbucket for code repositories, Jenkins for pipelines, and Next.js for compilation/build. Collaborate with developers in a team environment using Agile-Scrum or XP methodologies. Work with QA/Testing teams on resolving reported defects. Offer technical support for application usage and system maintenance. Maintain and update technical documents and procedures. Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Deliver customized training and prepare system maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the organization's systems. Required Skills and Qualifications Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. 3+ years of experience in O&M management for application support. Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, CSS, Python, and Jenkins. Experience with AWS Cloud Platform (Lambda, API Gateway, S3). Strong familiarity with JIRA and Agile-Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Lambda function development experience. Strong knowledge of application usability heuristics and user testing.
