Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Analyst I, Sales Systems. The Sales Systems Analyst I is responsible for the administration of Sales System's Life Cycle including solution planning, analysis, design, build and test phases ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Sales Customer Relation Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to improve sales organization processes. Leverage resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to sales systems and processes as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Provide support in sales system escalation and resolution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Sales System Project Management: Work directly with sales teams and internal operational teams to gather system requirements for enhancement requests. Support continuous improvement of user experience within systems by proactively identifying potential challenges. Translate user requirements to CRM Programmers in order to effectively design and estimate development efforts. Assist and occasionally oversee completion of requests including designing, building, and testing of functionality while adhering to strict deadlines. Assist with user testing through environment testing stages prior to release to production system. Effectively communicate status of requests and timeline to project team and sales management.
  1. Sales System Process Ownership: Work effectively with business and technical SMEs to prepare and evaluate workflow solutions. Facilitate effective business user sessions gathering functionality feedback and determining necessary program or process changes. Assist with end-user training sessions for new hires and others as needed. Go beyond the CRM landscape and have an understanding of business process in order to drive requirements, priorities, and streamline processes.
  2. System Configuration Management: Effectively manage user licensing and security role assignment of all sales system users. Build and maintain system reports, dashboards, and user views. Manage all mass update functions needed in system and manage all rules engines in sales systems. Manage user form designs, system theming and other light configuration processes as needed. Build and test all configurations in development and quality control environments to ensure proper testing prior to release to production. Escalate and coordinate high level configurations or customizations needed with programming team.
  3. Issue Resolution: Evaluate all functional and technical issues reported. Provide assistance to ticket owners with testing and troubleshooting. Assist with end user testing prior to delivering solution.
  4. Ongoing Support: Maintain all Sales System documentation including training material, technical specifications, user test scripts, and change approvals. Coordinate all mandatory system updates with programming team and end user testing team. Drive general approach and execution of data cleansing efforts in collaboration with users and programmers. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending user group meetings and conferences as necessary. Create/update operational SOPs related to position.
  5. Team Work: Learn from and assist cross-functional team members on other Sales Systems such as Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), SAP, PowerBI, and others.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Percentage of Travel: 10%

The salary range for this role is $72,447 - $93,755. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in Microsoft dynamics configuration/administration required.
  • English proficiency.
  • Prior experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excel skills preferred.
  • Business and technical understanding of relevant technologies and systems required.
  • Some level understanding Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, or Microsoft .NET desired.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience presenting to various levels throughout the organization preferred.
  • Previous system implementation experience desired.
  • Experience working with global teams a plus.
