We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Coordinator to join one of our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support to their finance department. You will work closely with other departments to ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reimbursements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Provide support during audits and financial reviews. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Respond to financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a financial coordination or similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
