*Duties include pulling the Customer Service Record from Telecom Carriers where C Spire Business has received a Letter of Authority from a customer. *The information will be translated to an Excel spreadsheet for the Operations team to work from for Site Walk preparation of new data circuit and new VoIP phones. *Must have knowledge of Local Service Freeze, Alarm line notifications - other known Telecom jargon that should be communicated to the Project Coordinator. *Contractor will sit in the Meadville MS office for C Spire unless fully knowledgeable and can work remotely once trained on C Spire's expectations. *Skills* Outlook, Microsoft, microsoft excel, Excel, Data Pulling, Communication, data integrity, Sql, Data, Data management, Data analysis, Data entry *Top Skills Details* Outlook,Microsoft,microsoft excel,Excel,Data Pulling,Communication,data integrity *Additional Skills & Qualifications* T Comm Experience is preferred.
