Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Participant in all the project key stakeholder meetings to understand the business requirements.

* As an individual contributor able to complete the assigned user stories in a given sprint.

* Capable enough to design the modules individually.

* Should participate in all the Agile ceremonies and be capable enough to perform all the sprint level activities.

* Should own the end-to-end delivery of the assigned user stories/feature (development to deployment) and should be able to resolve the team's technical issues.

* Should have good communication skills in commuting between offshore and onsite customer stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Development experience in Java 8, Spring boot and Angular 7 +

* JavaScript, hands-on experience in Terraform scripting. Experience in REST based JSON APIs, TDD and BDD

* Development using frameworks such as Junit 5, Karma, Jasmin and Mockito.

* Experience in DevOps tools such as GitHub actions, Jenkins, sonar cubes, etc

* Experience in Azure App service, Logic App, Azure functions, etc. Kafka event streaming and Azure Event Hub, etc

Candidate needs to work Hybrid from client office 3 days a week

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
