Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in SAP BTP and domain experience in IT Security Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment contributing to the company's success and societal impact.

• Own the design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate the integration of SAP BTP with existing systems and ensure seamless operation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices in all technical solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and alignment to standards.
• Fix technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and secure financial data management.
• Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively use the implemented solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Role Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience including SAP BTP
• Must have extensive experience with SAP BTP and its various components.
• Solid background in IT security practices and principles.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes and systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects.
• Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Able to deliver training and support to team members and end-users.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
