Salesforce Test Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product testing and quality assurance.

Demonstrate expertise in Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience in Agile tools and Process.

Show proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques.

Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing.

Hold relevant certifications in testing tools and Salesforce platforms.

Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud.

* Domain expert in Health Care Provider and Member Services.

* Good experience Webservice testing.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure seamless integration of new features.

* Provide detailed documentation of test results and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

* Implement automated testing solutions to enhance efficiency and coverage of test processes.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.

* Monitor and report on test progress providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to ensure testability of new features and enhancements.

* Conduct regression testing to validate the stability of the product after changes or updates.

* Provide training and support to junior team members on testing tools and methodologies.

* Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing tools and technologies to continuously improve testing practices.

* Nice to have Conduct comprehensive testing using Provar Robot TOSCA Selenium and UFT to ensure product quality and reliability.

* Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
