We are searching for a talented Radiology Tech Multi-Modality

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift with varying start times

Location: Imaging Outreach - Portsmouth, RI

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Manager, Imaging Services or Designee, perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties in multiple modalities within the Imaging Services Department. Provide health services using medical imaging techniques to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of various human disorders. Perform imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomical structures for the interpretation by or at the request of a Physician. Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. System-wide position to provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Qualifications

Completion of a formal program of study accredited by the CAHEA (Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation).
Equal to completion of two to four years of college.
A Registered Technologist is required. Competency in Diagnostic Radiology and at least one other modality required.
A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required.
Current Massachusetts R.T. licensure is required.
IV and CPR certifications are also required.
Advanced Certification is required.
Must be a registered Mammographer, proficient in Radiology and Dexa Imaging.

Pay Range

USD $38.50 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
