Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in 3DX PLM and the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on leveraging technical expertise to drive product development and innovation ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and customization of 3DX PLM solutions to meet the specific needs of the automotive industry. Oversee the integration of 3DX PLM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams ensuring optimal use of 3DX PLM tools and methodologies. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of 3DX PLM solutions. Monitor industry trends and advancements in PLM technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations in all PLM-related activities. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of PLM solutions. Provide detailed documentation of system configurations customizations and workflows for future reference. Support the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for PLM processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of 3DX PLM and its application in the automotive industry. Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest PLM technologies. Hold a relevant certification in 3DX PLM or a related field.
