Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience specializing in Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vendor Management within the Retail domain. This hybrid role involves working during the day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active.
- Oversee the development and integration of systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Work closely with the Vendor Management team to ensure effective collaboration and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical input to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that all technology solutions contribute to the overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active.
- Should have a strong background in Vendor Management within the Retail domain.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proven track record of successfully leading technology projects.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 to $185,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
