Position Description: Manages the Cost Department. Responsible for preparing and analyzing profit center financial performance results. Reports to: General Manager and Finance Manager (jointly) Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
#LI-CH1 Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field and at least six years' accounting experience highly desirable. Cost Analyst experience required. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and cost control procedures, including Turner's accounting policies and procedures. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Very strong verbal and written communication skills required. Assignment requires approval from National Director of Cost.
