This is a role for someone who craves a challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the customers' needs in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Focuses on data analysis that delivers supply chain business results, identifies and actions inefficiencies, builds relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and monitors the movement of products through the supply chain cycle in both internal and customer's processes.

Job Duties:

The main job responsibilities for the Analyst, Customer Excellence will include:

  • Link across multiple functions (Sales & Operations Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Customers, IT) to support continuous improvement.
  • Integrate customer provided data streams.
  • Provide KPI reporting and improvements for designated customer accounts.
  • Support Allocations and Substitutions
  • Sustain pricing and efficiency programs through data mining and result visualization.
  • Deliver information for Supply Chain policy reviews for correct execution and cost savings opportunities.
  • Strategically manage key orders and delivery performance to resolve potential production delays/problems and other supply risks at item-level and trouble-shoot either no shows or past due orders to maximize service and minimize fines.
  • Collaborate with BU Sales on programs needing system insight to reduce impact on customer processes.
  • Prepare standardized and ad hoc reports to support business.
  • Deliver key customer's and internal supply chain targets.
  • Conduct data analysis using both internal and customer data to identify and action inefficiencies.
  • Manage master data with customer's item master and order master.
  • Conduct analyses on forecast/order to bring insights to improve forecast accuracy (both internal and external)

Qualifications:

  • BS in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in related field
  • Tableau knowledge/experience highly preferred
  • SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel Expert required.
  • Efficiency and knowledge of other MS Office applications required.
  • Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
  • Technology experience not necessary but preferred (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, or Python, etc.)
  • Results oriented and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, presentation skills, communication skills, strong data analysis, financial acumen & interpretation skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
