We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect Lead to shape our team of architects responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions within Cyber Defense Operations. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure our architecture aligns with the latest security solutions and business objectives. You will guide and drive security innovation, and lead efforts to secure complex enterprise environments across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises infrastructures. ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the cybersecurity needs of the Cyber Defense Operations organization. Collaborate with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams to integrate security into the design of new systems, applications, and services. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on complex security challenges and recommending security solutions that align with business goals. Manage and prioritize architecture initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of secure solutions. Promote continuous improvement of security practices through lessons learned from incidents, industry trends, and ongoing research into new security technologies. Represent the team in technical discussions and present architectural solutions to key stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. | |
