You'll have an opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Gaming. As the Senior Human Resources Integration Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic Human Resources projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Microsoft and its acquired companies and be responsible for end-to-end project management of strategic HR projects & programs.
Responsibilities Lead multiple strategic HR projects.Build and deploy innovative solutions that streamline process workflows and drive efficiencies and maximum value for stakeholders.Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams to develop and implement people integration plansfor organizational design, retention, employee integration, and communication.Utilize direction and strategy from leadership in order to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive issues to closure through Microsoft Executives and internal specialists.Manage multiple people workstreams with tight timelines.Advocate for and monitor the overall employee experience. | |
