Location: Lakeforest, Illinois

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Windows Server Administration and a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure efficient performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members to resolve sophisticated issues.
• Coordinate with team members to capture requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as vital to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and partners to promote teamwork.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead resources effectively to optimize productivity and achieve project objectives.
• Further a positive team environment to encourage innovation and high performance.
• Apply domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to improve project relevance and impact.

• Possess extensive experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Demonstrate proven project management skills with a demonstrable record of successful delivery.
• Exhibit superb communication and interpersonal skills to manage team member relationships.
• Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
• Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Display the ability to work optimally in a hybrid work model.
