Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Business Analyst with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. * Conduct thorough business and system analysis to identify and document requirements for various projects.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and validate business needs and requirements.

* Develop detailed business analysis plans to ensure project objectives are met.

* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flows.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

* Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business & System Analysis and Business Analysis & Planning.

* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

* Have experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain which is highly desirable.

* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

* Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports to support business analysis activities.

* Demonstrate experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are ready for deployment.
