The Senior Technical Business Analyst role is a part of the Quoting Rules team within the larger Global Business Operations space. The work is fast-paced and broadly impactful across the company with a variety of stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include helping design scalable solutions and processes with engineers and architects, working with support teams who support customers and our internal systems, as well as taking business requirements and translating them into actionable technical requirements. To be successful, a candidate will need to be analytical, have excellent critical thinking skills, and be able to prioritize and deliver on multiple requests at once.This is a hybrid role and connects in the office 3 days per week.

Your Impact:

  • Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
  • Deploy configuration changes during monthly New Product Introduction (NPI) releases.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructures, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and data migration.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and updating of published rule configurations.
  • Design and build new tools or scripts to speed up or reduce risk in existing processes.
  • Action on system configuration requests from various partner teams.
  • Ad-hoc data analysis, data manipulation, and then being able to make decisions supported by data.
  • Areas of ownership. This includes policy and process, roadmaps, support, and managing partner groups.

Required Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • 5+ years of System Administration, IT experience, or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification with hands-on experience with Salesforce products.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to consistently retain and apply new information.
  • Expertise using Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Well-developed analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively explain technical issues at a high level to executive leadership or a nontechnical audience.
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal direction, including time management and prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate and steer group conversations, and be transparent with expectations and timelines.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Revenue Cloud/RLM and CPQ/Approvals/CLM experience.
  • ETL tooling experience: Dataloader, Workbench, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex.
  • Project management experience also a plus.
