External Relations and Constituent Engagement (ERCE) is seeking an outstanding candidate for a Senior Office Support Assistant. ERCE works with a variety of external constituents to engage them with the campus and with internal groups to foster community connections. This position will predominantly provide staff support to the Associate Vice Chancellor of External Relations and Director of External Relations and Divisional Strategic Initiatives. Day-to-day activities consist of supporting our divisional work with various constituent groups, local legislators, and community partners. The division is a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented work environment that values customer service and flexibility. Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Shift
This is a full time, benefit eligible staff position. Hours M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$18.00 - $24.50 per hour commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Application Materials
