THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Manager who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Manager (which is an Associate Director level position) this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.

Within the Consulting group is our Post-Merger Integration Advisory practice, which assists the Fortune 2000 in developing a competitive advantage for their organizations by strategically aligning IT with business objectives and emerging industry needs. We are seeking people who are passionate about transformation, want to make an impact, and love working together to deliver flawless results for an end-client. Specifically, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join us in a leadership role on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Advisory Services, Process Consulting and Business Analysis across supply chain planning functions.
  • Own and drive consulting engagement with clients to envision solutions and develop roadmap.
  • Identify and recommend transformation opportunities across SC planning functions during client engagements.
  • Must have exposure to any other supply chain functions such as logistics, S2P etc.
  • Nice to have exposure or experience in Network modeling, especially with tools like Llamasoft Guru
  • Must have exposure to any planning platforms such as SAP APO, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, O9 etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years experience leading full scale change management and training initiatives i.e. Change/Training strategy, stakeholder engagement/assessment, change impacts, communication strategy
  • Good to have project management experience.
  • Experience in dealing / managing international clients (E.g. North America / Europe)
  • Fluency in English with strong social, communication, and presentation skills in client-facing role
  • Good to have prior experience at a Tier-1 management consulting firm.
  • Good to have familiarity with industry/research/benchmarking resources across the supply chain planning functions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • A proven track record in a client-facing role with at least 2 of which (though ideally more) are leading a digital technology team
  • Works with Cognizant stakeholders (e.g. CP's, CRM's,) technology partners (Amazon) and other business allies to identify consulting opportunities or develop winning proposals
  • Regularly contribute to the practice by developing practice initiatives, research on industry trends, knowledge repositories; developer reusable consultative strategies and solutioning approaches in support of business development and expansion activities
  • Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes

Work Authorization:

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $122,400 - $194,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
