WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to the sales organization by providing monthly commissions and incentive plan analytics, and detailed reporting to team members

  • Responsible for designing and building, including gathering, calculating and loading, analyzing, and validating data accurately on incentive transactions to identify trends and report the incentive compensation and related revenue tools/dashboards

  • Design and implement data analysis and modeling efforts to measure the efficiency of current incentive plans

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support compensation-related inquiries and requests

  • Support collaborators, customers, partners, and team members in applying analytics tools built in the digital world

  • Collaborate with external software consultants to ensure an accurately functioning system for commission-related tasks

  • Find opportunities for process optimization or systems automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold operations and data that powers the incentive plans.

  • Review and respond to internal and external email correspondence through our commissions email inboxes and other case management tools

  • Be responsible for the commission reconciliation process, including researching and resolving issues and disputes

  • Communicate and detail complex topics to senior and regional leaders and cultivate positive connections at all levels of the organization

  • Handle Manufacturing representative agreements and other legal documents ensuring compliance and timely responses are met

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or, related field is required

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in sales operations or related field

  • Advanced skills MS Excel, Salesforce/CRM, and Tableau preferred

  • Proficiency and application experience in data analysis, business intelligence, simulation, and optimization.

  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Shown ability to apply strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization

  • Ability to pursue tasks with energy, drive and follow through, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks

  • Consistent track record to establish credibility with business partners
