This position requires big-picture thinking, initiative, zeal, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, the capacity to handle internal and external relationships, the competence to work with senior executives, and excellent soft skills. The focus will be both on operational metrics and rhythms that drive the business to improve and leading key projects or initiatives in the focused area of AI/Agentforce. About You

Your Impact

  • Conduct data analytics to derive insights for executive business decision
  • Provide strategic insights in the area of AI infrastructure platform through business analytical lens
  • Define KPI/metrics to track business results to enable decision making
  • Run rhythm of business of the organization ensure smooth operations and efficiency
  • Work with engineering managers and leadership to identify and develop new ways to improve coverage and overall metric performance, including creating path to green as required.
  • Gather and visualize various information necessary for decision-making in organizational operations, providing insights based on data analysis.
  • Lead programs by aligning across program scope, and planning, as well as aligning one or more teams on vision, and business goals, crafting program structure, and securing cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners for each program to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of each program.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key functional team members to drive focus on business goals. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical program issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, milestones.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
  • Provide periodic program reviews and updates at sprint reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals, risks, and critical issues).
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
  • Be a catalyst within the organization, someone who can help advance our Product & Technology strategy globally and drive others in the organization to change.
  • Conduct research as needed to provide visibility and information for executive audience.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy, or operations roles
  • Proven experience in driving and managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
  • Solid data analytical skills with financial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
  • Excel in organizational, communication, and relationship-building competencies, thriving in a cross-functional, matrix management setup.
  • Preemptive problem-solver engaged both strategically and tactically
  • Deliver operational reports that provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of business performance
  • Self-motivated takes the initiative, assumes ownership, and runs programs with minimal direction
  • A related technical degree required

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge with Salesforce tools and products; Salesforce trailhead and certification.
  • Experience with finance (FP&A, Corp Finance, Investment and etc.) a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau dashboard and data analytical tools a plus.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $145,200 to $199,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
