This position requires big-picture thinking, initiative, zeal, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, the capacity to handle internal and external relationships, the competence to work with senior executives, and excellent soft skills. The focus will be both on operational metrics and rhythms that drive the business to improve and leading key projects or initiatives in the focused area of AI/Agentforce. About You

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $145,200 to $199,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
