And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Are you a master of process and technology with an interest in turning visions into reality? Do you thrive on collaborating with business partners and sales collaborators to bring long-range strategic plans to life? If so, we want you on our team!

  • Partner with Sellers and the Global Seller Experience team to identify key persona needs and drive transformation outcomes.
  • Lead the creation, documentation, and sign-off of Business Requirements documentation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, TMP Product Owners, and BT Product Owners to develop requirements, solution and design reviews, testing, and UAT.
  • Identify Process and Policy Optimization initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Jobs to Be Done artifacts.
  • Perform industry research and competitive discovery for future state inputs.
A Typical Day May Include:
  • Conducting workshops to align scope with the future state vision for executable increments.
  • Contributing to key elements of the Business Requirements document, including Future State Process Flows and KPIs.
  • Reviewing Seller Feedback for optimization opportunities for future state projects.
  • Providing expertise as an SME to other workstreams for dependencies and E2E alignment.
  • Reviewing solution demos to ensure alignment with the overall vision.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Ability to take a strategic roadmap and break it down into manageable increments of delivery.
  • Skill in connecting the dots between processes and partners.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including juggling multiple business partners across teams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple layers of organizations.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail in business process design and optimization at scale.
  • Expertise in policy and process definitions and data governance.
  • Experience with Sales/Marketing processes and systems.
  • Proven track record of driving technology projects at scale/globally.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus!
