Location -This position can be remote within the United States with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed.

Are you excited about developing cutting-edge Robotic Process Automations (RPA) and making a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are seeking an Associate Platform Developer to support the development of RPAs using multiple platforms such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, ServiceNow, and Blue Prism. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our business and IT organization.

You will develop RPAs with a strong understanding of Intelligent Document Processing and Document Understanding. Your role will involve applying industry best practices to address system requirements, business processes, and evolving technology environments. You will assist in creating new functionalities, modifying and extending existing applications, and conducting quality assurance testing to ensure IT services meet requirements and integrate seamlessly with other services.

Supporting the execution of business requirements, you will help identify risks in the development process and perform root cause analysis for any technical issues. Your technical understanding will be crucial in executing upgrades and implementing future phases of applications. You will assist in preparing documentation for the development and functioning of operational systems, including technical reports and instructional manuals.

Providing training and support for designated customers, you will conduct internal and external meetings as needed, following internal best practices. You will meet budget and schedule commitments and communicate project status to all levels of management. Ensuring performance measurements are met across development, delivery, operations, SLAs, and customer service, you will learn and understand the capabilities and constraints of the platform to maximize its value in our applications and tools.

You will identify opportunities for system and process improvements, handle simple projects, and participate in medium to large projects related to platform development. You may be required to provide on-call support during off-hours.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of IT experience.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT experience; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of IT experience.
  • Familiar with REST/SOAP API functions.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $61,830 - $103,100 Annually
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
