Student - Esports Manager of Graphics and Social Media (Work Study Only)

The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is currently seeking a student Manager of Graphics and Social Media to support the varsity Esports program. The Esports Manager of Graphics and Social Media is responsible for the development of all assets associated with Esports streams. They will also be responsible for the ongoing interactions on SNHU Esports social media. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: social media graphics, stream graphics and overlays, and team advertisements/flyers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of graphics for all team matches to be posted on social media.
• Coordination with the Esports Broadcast Manager to develop stream assets.
• Development and production of flyers for all SNHU Esports events.
• Participation as a leader of the SNHU Esports content team.
• Understanding and utilization of Discord Moderation tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
• Work study part of financial aid package
• Students with work study may be prioritized
• Strong graphic design skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Respectfulness
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, overlays, and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with collegiate esports
• Knowledge of technology utilized in esports productions (Streamlabs OBS, Vmix, Twitch, YouTube)
• Knowledge in creation of motion graphics

Work Hours:

Flexible shift hours between 8:00am-10:00pm

Degree Programs:

All degree programs can apply, but programs highly recommended to apply include business administration, communication, computer science, game art and development, game programming and development, graphic design and media arts, liberal arts.
